I’m just the one who saw the need. I was surrounded by enough people going through the same kind of awakening, confusion, and “what the hell is happening to me?” moments, that it became obvious. There needed to be a place where we can talk about this openly, without feeling crazy, dramatic, or alone.

I didn’t get into this as a “career path.” It’s not work to me. It’s just me expressing what I know to be true, and helping others who are experiencing the same thing. This has always been in me; the ability to feel where someone is inside themselves and walk with them through it. I didn’t learn it from a book or training. It’s just how I’m wired.

I’ve lived the experience of giving too much, losing myself in relationships, and waking up to who I actually am. The healing work, the awakening, the remembering; none of that happened in a straight line. It was messy, painful, unexpected, and also the most real thing I’ve ever gone through.

That’s why The Frequency Bridge exists. Not to guide people. Not to teach. Not to preach or convince. Just to have a place where we can say what’s real, where we can recognize ourselves in each other, where we don’t have to pretend.

And if you’re here feeling like you’re “losing your mind,” I get it. I’ve been there.

And the truth is...you are.

And that’s good.

Your mind was trained to see what the world wanted you to see.
Now you’re seeing what your soul wants you to see.

I’m not here to lead anyone across the bridge.
I’m here to walk it with you.
